These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

1. General

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time, there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

2. Delivery Costs

Delivery costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for delivery will be collected with the purchase. The delivery fee will be mentioned along with the product.

This price will be the final price for the delivery costs to the customer.

  • Please note delivery outside Dhaka, customer have to collect the product from a nearby currier branch.
  • Delivery time can differ due to national holiday, govt. holiday.

3. Payment Policy

3.1 Cash on Delivery

For cash on delivery, our delivery agent will collect the cash during home delivery of the ordered product(s) inside the Dhaka. On the other hand in outside Dhaka customers have to pay the due amount to the courier service before collecting the product.

3.2 Online Payment

You can make payment by using bKash, Nagad, Visa Card, Master Card, American Express, DBBL Nexus, Q-Cash, DBBL Mobile Banking, IBBL-mCash, UCash, SureCash, MyCash, IFIC Mobile Banking, Trust Mobile Money, OK Cash, AB Direct, IBBL iBanking, Bank Asia iBanking, City Touch, MTB iBanking.

3.3 International Payment Method 

You can also use any international Visa Card, Master Card, and American Express for making payment.

4. Returns

4.1 Return Due To Change of Mind

Marcarii will happily accept returns due to product damaged, product received not as ordered to us by 7 days of order received in the original packaging, unused and in a resalable condition.

4.2 Refund Policy

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase or if the customer wants they can get a refund as well. We will notify you once this has been completed through email or phone call or SMS.

(Marcarii) will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any delivery fee paid.

5. Delivery Terms

5.1 Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 24hours of order.

Our warehouse operates on Saturday – Thursday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

5.2 Change of Delivery Address

For a change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched by the seller. Customer needs to update their address book in marcarii websites or apps and inform same to marcarii via phone or email or chatbox. Once it’s confirmed by the marcarii the order will be delivered to the new updated address.

5.3 Delivery Time Exceeded

If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

6. Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service.

7. Cancellations

If you change your mind to cancel the order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched by the seller. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

8. Process for parcel damaged/lost in transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed its investigation into the claim.
